West Head and Palm Beach Walk!

HELLO @ Wanderer Still don't know what to do this Flex Week? Well Wandersoc has our West Head and Palm Beach walk! We'll head to the north of Sydney to explore Kuring-Gai National park as well as Barrenjoey Lighthouse! Details Date: Sunday 23rd March Time: 8:40 am Meeting Location: Wynyard Station Park by the glass dome https://maps.app.goo.gl/fn4MGHFRE3nRycDL6 Difficulty: Hard - 12.41km - 400m elevation - 6 hours (including ferry) Travel Details: We will be taking the 9:05 B Line from Wynyard Stand B arriving at Mona Vale B Line stop at 9:58. We will then transfer to the 10:11 am 199 bus arriving at Palm Beach Wharf at 10:43. From here we will be catching the 11am ferry from Palm Beach Wharf. If you miss the B Line there are subsequent ones every 10minutes, however the ferry has an hourly frequency. (The Ferry is $9.70 for Adults $4.85 for Concession). If you plan to drive it is 1.5 hours from the CBD, however there is limited parking near the ferry. Don't miss this unique opportunity exploring the surrounds of Pittwater Bay!
